On Saturday the 15 June i went into checkers to make a purchase, i used my my debit card at the till point to draw out cash... 1100. my card supposedly got declined but the monies was taken out of my banl account. i then drove to the bank at the glen on Saturday at about 10 clock and the lady at card division said to me she cannot assist as that deartment was closed. i then waited thing that the money would be released but it was not. i then went to checkers on monday went back to bank on tuesday and was assisted by a NOT TOO FRIENDLY BELINDA ROBERTS, she did not care less what my pproblem was the fact that i depended on that cash... but instead she didnt tell me the process in silence with me sitting in front was glued to the computor, the only time she did speak to me was when she. asked me to sign a form, so i asked why am i signing she did inform me that it was process, i asked when would my money be released she did say she does not know could take up to 3 days. the service was so unproffessionl, she did not take time to empathise didnt care less about me as her customer. i have been banking for years with FNB, BUT NOW IN MY MOST DESPERATE TIMES THE BRAND HAS BEEN TARNIS
