REJECTION OF CELLPHONE INSURANCE CLAIM

I recently lodged an insurance claim with my cellphone insurance company I was informed that it was rejectedas the phone was not in regular use and there was nothing I could do about this. I then spoke to your customer services and they informed that I should write a motivation for my case to be reviewed as they were not aware that this was my 3rd cellphone not used for either work of personal purposes as it was a recent upgrade with MTN. Since then i have not recieved any feedback and have tried on numerous occasions to get ahold of the Supervisor and left multiple messages for him. each time he was unavailable and also never returned my calls I currently have 3 cellphone (number 3 being the Iphone 5)
1) Nokia (0741884933) a Virgin Mobile handset I have had for the past 5 years that is linked to my cellphone banking and is also my work phone at Hellen Joseph Hospital linked to the hash number #50024.
2) Iphone 4 32GB (IMEI01254200973852) Black. My still well functioning and up to date cellphone that I use for social reasons. T
3) Iphone 5 32GB (IMEI 013413001068790)

I am dissapointed at the service provided and if this is not resolved I will have to seek legal advice.
