It looks like the only way to get through to fnb is by a complaint on hello peter! My previous complaint was about miney deducted from my account that should not be, and fnb promised to pay it back and I only recieved R100 from R850. I sent them numerous emails about a week or two ago and still heard nothing. Fnb, I WOULD LOVE FOR YOU TO CLOSE UP MY ACCOUNT AND COME FETCH YOUR PAYPOINT MACHINE.
