No payment after you spend time in hospital

To whom it may concern,
You pay your premium but the day you are coming out of hospital I was required to go to another province and now they want me to get this report and that report so by the time I will be finished and they pay me out I would have spend everything and more than what I would have got out of them. They require reports from doctors and clinic and etc... Is there so much mistrust.
In the meantime it has been more than a month out of hospital and still arguying if they must pay me out or not and also no more update. I wander who is the customer???
