I am very upset with ABSA they have refused to fix my house after last years hailstorm. This is surprising as they fixed other peoples houses in the same complex and mine they said its wear and tear now the whole ceiling is caving in. ABSA is a big and I will take them to the ombudsman cause I have photos and the contractors quote. They did the same thing to my parents last year after the storm in Ladysmith.
