Waiting since 25/0513 for refund on CCard account

Deposit made into account 25 May 2013 - The Grove.
Called call centre - Case# 2360034, will phone back in 72 hours. Never did.
Been phoning at least twice a week since 25/05, spoken to different consultants, each 1 gave different response. @The Grove 12/06 - spoke to Frida (Tashaan) @ Call Centre - money will be refunded within 2 hours. Nothing. Called 13/06 -asked for Frida. Always busy. Precious said the refund will be in account within 2 hours. Phoned various times after that. Each time different consultant, 1 of them (I think Phumelo) let me hold the line and then cut me off after 13 mins when I asked to spoke to Tashaan. Then spoke to Rozita - she said money was scheduled for refunding, will get it later the day. Nobody knows what is going on. Today (14/06 05h00) still not in account. The account holder had to sleep at work because no money for transport home. They won't his girlfriend enquire on his behalf, but he doesn't have money to phone the CC each time, holding on for too long. When I asked Phumelo-what must he do-she said he can sleep at work. He must wait. Unacceptable service. Only helpful person that spoke to the refund department-Precious.
