I raised a concern earlier today with regards to a claim. I requested that this be prioritised, as i am out of the country from tomorrow evening.
The obnoxious agant does not know what the prioritise means . 3-4 days to get quotes. I need my car done asap - and i have a qute from a very reputable company. I pay you guys monthly and expect service, yet there was non. Now i have to inconvenience myself - 21 k out of my pocket, so that my car can be ready when i return next saturday.
Thank you Budget - For Nothing. I will be swapping insurance companies when i get back. I cannot deal with incompetence.
My friend gad the same experience and OUTSURANCE literally bent over backwards, to have all solved in less than a week.
