We submitted a claim to Budget insurance for our loss after a burglary at our home, which amounted to R22 000, Budget only want to pay our R4253! Apparently they have formulas of calculating the claim pay outs.
They weremeant to get 3 quotes and then come back to us with the best quote and accordingly pay us out.
This is rediculous, how can we replace all our goods with only R4253!
