I never had such fantastic response time from an Insurance company - ever! :-)
After reporting my laptop at the SAPS this morning - phoned Woolworths Insurance' call centre afterwards.
The claim was logged with Cherie - who was very friendly & professional.
I was very surprised when she phoned me just after 5 pm to confirm that my claim is approved and that I could go choose my replacement pc.
That is just fantastic for a business traveller that so heavily relies on his laptop.
Thank you Cherie & Woolworths. I'll recommend you anytime to everybody.
