Poor Service, insensitive and no feedback

Had an accident and lodged a claim with Miway on the 13 May 2013 and explained the whole story of what happened and also sent all the documents requested. They took two weeks doing their validations and without any contact nor communication with me regarding the progress of the claim. and was told it only takes 9 days to finalise the whole thing. Have since been calling and speaking with different people and then there was one guy by the name of Frans Mpolokeng who helped a lot by contacting my previous insurance and found out what the hold up was regarding the progress. And then one lady called me on a friday of the third week that they have sent the release note for the car to be taken from one of their storage and no follow up was done to find out if indeed the got it from the repairs centre. Had to call them again and request the repairer's contact details and to find out from them what the issue is and only to find out that they did not receive anything from my insurance since the previous week. I dont understand why it can take such a very long time and just be insensitive and not care about your paying customers when one is in need of help. Service is very poor i must say.
