Once again I am complaining about Nedbank, I have had to phone in numerous times trying to sort out the issue that was caused by Nedbank, in connection with my loan agreement.
Every time I have been told that Cleopatra will get back to me, but she does not, this is starting to me off, attend to your promises and what happened to customer service.
The problem was that there was no money in my account for debiting my monthly fee, I have sent you proof that there was money in my account, so sort the problem and give me feed back, this is un professional.
I want an answer, and I want it now!!!
