On 15/05/13 I phoned the emergencynumber on my card as I had bad chestpains and I didn't know procedure in this case. I was told to phone during office hours as the person could not help me. I was put through to ER 24 and spoke to a sister that told me to get to the hospital ASAP. We went through to Karl Bremer and the doctor there said that she was keeping me there for 48 hours. I thus only got home on Friday evening and phoned Ess Med early Monday 20/05/13. I was put through to Rene. Since then I have been misled, to, given wrong info and advise, told they want medical history after we have been longer than two years with Ess med, told that we had miss payments and lastly that I did not contact them in time. I was given wrong tel numbers, told what to hand in I did all the work to get info, then told that the casemmanager at Hosp denied ever giving me the info he gave me.(got it in writing from him afterwards) Numerous times been told I would be phoned back and lastly told by sister Rina that I was wasting her time as other people are waiting to speak to her after I was told that we missed payment May 2012. I want answers and I want what i feel rightly belongs to me!!!
