All I want is someone to call me re my Ipad installment. It's behind my one month, and I need to bring whatever is due up to date. I changed my debit order DATE, last month. Apparantly I was too late, I'm told.
Banking with you may be simple, for for pete's sake, it's a nightmare attempting to speak with anyone vaguely competent in one of your call centers! People don't listen, questions aren't answered and to date, no resolution. That's why I've really just given up on trying. FNB, you can pick up the phone and call me, your customer. Really. Get the basics right please... WOM is so powerful.
