3RD TIME UNLUCKY!!!??

Antionette (087 311 7225) promised me that a double debit will be done on my cheque account on 1 July for my ipad installment, which I still can't seem to get up to date, no matter what I try! I was told to call her ANY time should there be further problems. Her phone just rings and my messages don't get returned.
Again, the debit order ran the 26th... I have been trying to rectify this since MAY, people... wake up and do what you promise to do please!!! All you are doing is running up my banking charges putting my account in the negative!!!
