Since my first post on HelloPeter, it looks like this is the only way you get FNB Insurance Brokers to contact you back is to launch a complaint, I've been without a phone now for nearly 3 weeks, and since It takes a micro sim, I've been losing out on business for three weeks due to poor service delivery, I received a e-mail from Antonella 10/01/2013, and I immediately responded to the mail asking where can I pay the excess so that I can get a new phone, that I can generate my income, and again sent her a mail on the 15/01/2013, asking to respond to the previous e-mail, and I'm still waiting, losing out on business, and it seems that she is just not giving a about my income!!! and therefore I will not pay my insurance, nor the excess since I've lost out on more money than the excess and the insurance premium for over a year due to her negligence.
