So i have recently upgraded to a platinum package with fnb. why i don't know. definitely considering moving away from them. one of the perks is premier banking. well i asked premier banking a question on the 1st and i am still waiting for someone to get back to me.
the other issue is my device was over the weekend. when i called yesterday to the claims department the lady said someone else from claims will call me asap. still waiting for this too.
now i ask, why should i keep banking with you if this is the service i receive?
