CANNOT CHANGE OTP DESTINATION

I setup a business account at FNB with my own credentials, but included both my brother and wife as they were signatories on the account and CC. I normally receive the "SMS's" notifications on the account from a OTP perspective, and that has worked well until I have become overloaded with my own work and my brother has agreed to take over the lions share of the work.

Thinking this to be a simple matter, we approached FNB to simply change the destination cell number from myself to my brother. You would not believe that according to FNB this is nai on impossible. Not even GOOGLE, MICROSOFT or SAP can make this happen!

You must be ing Kidding!!!

Please can someone with half a brain cell contact me to deal this issue!!!
