I phoned in to change my street address, because i moved house recently. Unfortunately i didnt take the lady's name who helped me but i'm sure if you look up my details and see my last call, you will see who assisted me.

Really such a pleasure to have spoken to someone who cares about her work and to see that it's not just a means to an end for her.

Great service, if i could, i would phone only her. Please send me an e mail with the lady's name and e mail address so I can thank her myself as well.
