I called the 1st for Women call centre to update my address and banking details. Firstly the operator was very helpful and efficient. Because of the address change my monthly premium increased by R117. I was transferred to Mzwandile Nxele who assisted me, going the extra mile to help me get a lower premium rate.
Thanks again for excellent & efficient service - surely one of the best call centre experiences I have had.
