I applied for an online loan 24/05 and contrary to your add (get a loan in minutes) i needed to call back on the 5/06 to find out if my app was received. an agent (didnt give her name) said i did not qualify & put the fone down. a few minutes later ashheqah emailed me and said i qualify for plus minus r28.000 with a repayment of r825 over 73 months. i replied and sent the documents she requested and advised that i receive 2 incomes that come through my savings account with capitec, and cannot supply her with a payslip for my pension.(this being the higher amount) to cut a long story short she came back and said i was unsuccesful due to affordibilty, when i questioned this she in turn said she cannot take the other salary into consideration. i asked for her supervisor & was put thru to someone williams (who i doubt is a supervisor given his vocabulary and stupid answers he gave me saying @ the end that "thats the way we do things @ capitec". i then went into the lenasia branch and still waiting for them to come back to me as the company i work for is not on your database, they need to confirm and i will be contacted in 3 days (that was last monday, still waiting.
