Nancy Williams @ Standard Bank Gezina is truely a valuable emplyee of the bank. After having a query on my account and not receiving any feedback on an email and phone call when Nancy was on training, I received feedback from Nancy this morning on her return. She is just such a rare find, and at this stage she is one of the few reasons my husband and I still stay with Standard Bank. If it wasnt for her I would have taken "Steve's" advise a long time ago. Nancy is never too busy to help, and being a personal banker she IS very busy. She goes out of her way to provide timeious and proper feedback and no problem is too small or too big for her to address with the necessary attention. Well done Nancy - keep up the good work. I really hope your Bosses realize and know how valuable you really are.
