Debit Date Change Refusal

I asked to change my banking details and the consultant advised me that i need to send proof?

I manage my finances and there is a reason i want my debit to go off then.

For the past 3 months all the debits made on the 25 have been returned as rejected. All debits done on the last day of the months by them to my account hae beensuccessful and yet she refuses to change my debit day to the 100% successful date?
