African bank is a rip-off

I finished paying my loan in Dec 2012. I phoned for a settlement and paid the amount. Went into the bank and handed my card which was cut before me.

I now still receive interest accrual accounts every month. i have visited the branch several times. The lack of service is poor and the staff not trained and do not know what is happening in the branch. The call center is not better. They log calls and no one calls you back. I have called over 30 times in these six months to resolve this issue. because they have been fined and found transgressing the banking rules, they need to makeup money from uninformed account holders.
