This lady has made the changes on my policy absolutely painless, enjoyable and extremely pleasant. She went the extra mile by chatting to me and being interested in me and my problem. She also sent me an email afterwards with some information that was simply amazing. Her attitude is so positive and it was the best service I ever got on the telephone from any company in South Africa!!! Thank you!!!
