Good day. I've applied for top-up online. And now I'm still waiting its 3 days ago already. It was showing on my internet site that its been process. Today there's nothing. Showing my old balance I'm a loyal paying customer and its frustrating that no one gets back to you. This is not what you promised. Its bad customer service please assist asap. Stop making empty promises. And I'm email customer service I get the read confirm and no one gets back to you. You just get ignored I also work with cust and believe me this is bad
