No response or resolution

I have an account that fell in arrears some time ago and I entered into a payment arrangement with a company contracted to FNB in order to pay off the balance. Upon further investigation I discovered that I am being charged interest by the legal firm as well as by the bank and that's why the balance does not seem to ever be reducing. I contacted the department in question and was told that I would be contacted back within 3 working days as they needed to investigate further. I have heard nothing since 28th March 2013 & this is now beyond a joke..!!! Something MUST be done now please...
