Your worst service

I have claimed only 2 cases since October, 2006, and I never neglected to pay the monthly payment.
The claim number were as below:

2292770, 2292789.

1st one was asked last year November. It was about changing my gate motor.
I am still waiting for the result.

2nd one was asked a few weeks ago because the licking of water from wall and ceiling.
It was an urgent asking to repair it.

I have communicated by emails with Absa.
The answer in the email was that the person who was in charge of it was "on Leave".
And in the other email the inspector was on leave.

When I called them and appealed about my situation after waiting for a week.
One of the consultants answered yours were cancelled. That is the attitude of ABSA Insurance company's spirit.

If I didn't call, they didn't respond.
If it was cancelled they had to inform me and let me go to find other ways.

Dear general director,
Insurance company is a service company.
I'm already 54 years old. I have never seen this kind of treatment from insurance company in my life.
Maybe there is inharmonious problem among employees in the Absa Home owners insurance company.

Please check and let me know what's wrong with me?
