It's end of the month, only 3 tellers are avail:-(

It's unexcceptable that am institution of such calibre isn't able to plan their staff compliment efficiently. U can't have only 3 tellers working on month end knowing very well that there will be a huge influx of customers during that period. I have been standing in a queue for over 40 minutes!!! Totally disappointing
