After the heavy rain of the past week my roof started leaking, and I phoned Outsurance yesterday morning to send someone to the damage and to get it fixed. Since 10 o'clock yesterday morning I have not had any response or feedback from Outsurance. Tomorrow is the first day with no rain being forecasted, can you please get this fixed before the next rain.
