On 15 Nov 2012 debt counseling was cancelled, on 16 Nov 2012 an email was sent to ask for outstanding balance as payment arrangement needs to be done. On the 28th of November Adelaide replied by saying account has been handed over to Attorneys on the 26th of November 2012. Why was it handed over without ANY communication or anything? Arrangement was offered upon Capitec sending the outstanding balance, but rather than replying to the email, they handed over?
