High service fee and poor customer service

I have send a secure message on internetbanking on the 2013/06/03 to ask about my high service fee that I pay. I have an Elite account and according to all their advertisements it is R99 a month, but every month end I pay almost R200 and this month it was almost R250. Standard Bank is a useless bank and no wonder they are loosing all their customers to other banks. Their service to customers is pathethic!!!
