It's been a week since I took my vehicle for assessment. Until today no one phones me with feedback! I must phone to know what's going on. Until yesterday I tried several times calling my advisor, phones always busy. I have email address of all the responsible people. When I mail them they don't get back to me. I must phone them. I ask a question per mail, no answer. I MUST PHONE. One question per day one answer per day. I know we all are busy but seriously!
This morning I signed a disclaimer form, and mailed it to all the responsible people, please let me know as soon as possible what's going on (when payment will be made and when I will receive the money). I want to make a booking with my panelbeater and organize my rental vehicle. This is taking too long now
