Unwillingness to assist

I have been trying for a month to get my outstanding balance from standard bank in order to settle my account. I have sent 5 mails and visited 2 branches to try and get someone to assist me with a settlement amount. I have phoned the bank every second day and after being transferred from one person to another a few time I get disconnected. a women named Portia promised to get back to me within 24 hours and so far a week has gone by and still no answer. I have sent a mail to the complaints department and received an automatic reply stating they will respond within 5 days, and yet again more than a week later still no reply. all I wish to do is settle my debt.
