Incompetance and money hungry polocies at absa

I recently went to ABSA to cancel my card, I was directed to the red phone, where I spoke to an "ouma" who told me that I needed to pay an ammount of R5982.97 I specifically ASKED if this included the inevitable cash handling fee and I was assured by Ouma that it did I ALSO SPECIFICALLY asked if after the payemtn in question if i would EVER need to be called in to pay ANYTHING else (and as evidence you can pull you own recorded conversations) and she assured me NO..

Now I am suddenyl liable for yet more money after this assurance...

I consider the matter closed, I WONT PAY ANOTHER CENT TO YOU MONEY HUNGRY company as I take the word of YOUR employee, hired, trained and sanctioned to work on the credit side by you, as the last coversation WITH you people and suggest you find her and get what ever is outstanding on my account from her..

I was asked over the phone yesterday why I cancelled my card and if you must know im willing to sacrifice my credit rating in its totality, becuase the overall intelligence, competance and generosity of ABSA is fake, thye are only after the little bit of money we call our own and your processes are set up to facilitate this pathetic need.
