Absolute no customer service and very bad attitude

I lost my employment 1 year ago and since then used my pension money to try and pay for my car. I never ever missed a payment. I have now been contacting them via phone, email etc to arrange to meet with their legal dept. I need to give my car back voluntarily. Kenneth does not answer calls, does not reply to emails and offers no useful consistent advice. His team leader, Chanelle is unhelpful and unwilling to listen to my
complaint and concerns. She just puts me through to Kenneth who's phone just rings and rings and rings.

In general MFC does not answer calls, does not return calls, keep transferring me to yet another number where people just refer me back. The are abrupt with customers. I am no escalating this to customer care, but cant even find a name or number or email address. NO COORPORATION FROM THEM WHATSOEVER.
