I recently started my own company and therefore had to move my medical aid benefit from my previous employer into my own companies name, as well as add another member to my account.
I'm clueless when it comes to this sort of thing, but Richard patiently guided me every step of the way and gave me consistent feedback on everything that was happening. Today he sent through confirmation that everything I requested had been completed - far earlier than expected.
