I am delighted that for once I am able to report positively on my insurance company! In this particular story the hero is a lady named Ruth Kies. Ruth has gone millions of extra miles for me. In the end she pulled off nothing short of miracle. Seriously, thank you very much. I am extremely impressed and relieved that I found an insurance company with staff that really does "bend over backwards" for their clients! (Unlike that other crowd that makes adverts claiming this is what they do :)
Please look after Ruth, pay her well and give her a day off next week.
