My cellphone was on Saturday. I called First For Women on Monday explaining the urgency of having this claim processed. Ruth Kies not only went above and beyond the call of duty, but made several follow up calls to me to insure that I not only received my new phone within 3 days, but also had it included on my insurance plan.
