Look into this ref#53489737, i tried withdrawing today and i received a slip saying tech error, i then try another ATM and succeed to draw. I just decided to double check my provisional internet statement and see that amounts were taken off twice. I called the call centre who was not even empathetic and saying that i must wait 15working days for MY money.! I want my money by COB tomorrow and my account closed! This is the reason why all of us are moving banks, i cant trust you guys with my hard earned money. If i find no joy from this platform, i will be contacting your Headoffice or ombudsman.
