Stop order and refund

My name is Julia Tsotetsi, i cancelled a policy in april and submitted all the documents required.on13/04/13 i received a message that says the policy is cancelled, on 22/04/13 received a message again that acknowledges receipt of my request (for a refund).to my suprise on the 15/05/13 they deducted again. I would like you to stop taking my money and refund all my money from 15/03/13
