I log a call on 2/12/2012- 12/093497-clearance number H104-698923, got told to wait till 4 jan, i phone again on 07 jan where told they will send someone, The brothers came out did not do anything told me the pool was fine left- now nearly a month later pool not fixed and i am losing more water by the day. Are you now going to send a competent person to look at the fool and fix it at your cost or do i phone my own supplier and bill you for the cost.
