Debiting my account with my authority

My account was debited for an amount of R99.99 by a company called call voice africa. The thing I have never heard of this company until my account was debited. I called the call centre as usual they have to
hand over the query to the accounts dept.whats the point of having a call centre when no one can help you. I was told by the 1st call centre agent that my query will be sorted within 48hrs its 48hrs and nothing is sorted out. I called the call centre again today no one can help me. Now I have to wait till Monday to get feedback. but what gives them the right to debit my account without my consent and the million dollar question is where did they get my banking details from? The call centre agents are inefficient and the accounts dept needs to catch a wake up. I want a refund... why must I pay for something I have never signed up for.
