I have just noticed that a debit order for the amount of R129.99 has been deducted from my account for the last few months. Who gave you the authority to debit my account, this is completely illegal and i want a refund immediately.
I have spoken to Melvin at Call Voice Africa (a company i have never heard of) who has advised that this will be taken up with accounts and i will have a response within 24-48 hours.
I am totally disgusted by this and want to know where they got my banking details from in the first place!!!
