I contacted Transunion to get an explanation about my credit report, i spoke to a lady by the name of Sheenaz. She was very helpful, explained everything to me and even if she could have felt that she has explained all she can to me she didnt lose her patience nor give me any form of irritation attitude on the phone. i needed help and explanation and this lady gave me more than i hoped for and for that i would like to thank Transunion for employing such people, her empathy was great and she gave me all that i did not expect...
