I reported a damaged phone on the 24 April 2013 and i was promised that the phone will be collected for repairs. For the past three weeks i have been receiving a call from King Price on thursdays or Fridays promising me that they are coming to collect my phone. I am expecting another call tomorrow or friday. I still have my broken phone hoping that one day they will remember me. I am asking myself if this happens only on claims with small items? What will happen if it is my cars??? scary, should I trust that they will handle a bigger claim differently? hmmm only knows. I have lost confidence in them. Or is this a normal practice?
