I was assisted by Nwabisa at th Woodmead branch on the 16/04/2013 and she was an absolute pleasure. She apologised for the slow service although it was not her fault, Capitec was doing a systems upgrade. Prior to this I was at the Bree Street branch and the service received there was less than satisfactory, I think Nwabisa should move to that branch and teach them a thing or 2 about giving excellent customer service, she truly is a star.
About 15minutes ago I spoke to Tshepiso Mabato and he was also wonderful. I hope he speaks to all his customers like he spoke to me, I hope all your collegues take a leaf out of your book.
