Payment arrangements

I have sent to date 6 emails to bluebean credit card division to attempt to arrange a payment plan on my gold credit card. I got into difficulty when my partners hip operation went way over what the hospital plan paid and i was forced to use all the available credit at my disposal to the max. I have been barely keeping up payments until January when i started to fall behind.

In Order to avoid legal issues i mailed bluebean several times with no response. I work in a hotel front desk and as such to phone is out of the question during office hours and i am very seldom able to answer my personal cell phone so it is quite useless for anyone to try and phone me, hence my request for email communication then i can tell them when to phone so we can arrange a payment plan as i wish to keep my account open and use it again once i have paid the balance due off in full and restored my credit score etc.

Is there anybody whom i can contact with regards to arranging a payment plan? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
