I replied to an e-mail I received yesterday to find out my outstanding balance, as I've been making manual payments in addition to my debit order every month.
I get an e-mail today asking for my ID number, which I give, then I get a call and asked for my ID number again?
I just wanna know what's outstanding, why do you have verify every last detail, it's not like I'm asking for money, I wanna give your money back.
You e-mailed me, I replied to the e-mail, clearly it's me, what else do you want, my dna too?!
Is my money not enough?!
I work 9pm - 8am, please do not call me awake to make apologize and make excuses.
