I was informed by an Agent I spoke to earlier in May that my policy will be re-instated and that a debit order will be deducted from my bank account at the end of May. I recieved an sms to inform me that my policy have been cancelled. On calling Hollard this morning to find out what is happening - I was informed that the policy is cancelled and they cant re-instate it again. This is absolutely absurd as conflicting messages are send out. Absoluetly pathetic service
