Please assist,
My vehicle was illegally repossessed by the collection services company without the sheriff of the court.
Although I court order was issued to by previous address without my knowledge
I'm considering legal action about the manner, in which the vehicle was repossessed without any form of documentation and I was also not present when this happened.
Please urgently contact and rectify the situation within the next 48 hours or my lawyer will be in contact with.
